It's a Brewster. They could make a decent product, but more often than not, did not.
They managed to lose a contract to build Corsairs in 43 (or 44?) due to QC issues..
That takes some doing.
The Finn versions of the F2 were almost total rebuilds, and ended up being a rather different aircraft.
