you're going to have a yard sale with that and either get shit in your upper or lose it all together. You got 3L+ of water, water filter, and food in there? Ditch the compressed can and get a mini bottle of lube in the AR grip if you feel that you need it. I would think at that point you should just have your mags on a chest rig/plate carrier; rest of your 'life support' or w/e stuff in the pack.

Interesting set up. You probably don't need a that much CLP. Where do you put your lower, bolt and CH? Why stow the rifle? If you need it might as well carry it. Why not get a chest rig? What all is in the pack?

Onely usefull if you put your pack near you on the ground whyle you are shooting whyle kneeling or lyeing down. Buy a chestrig or some pants/jacke with big pockets.

Love my 12h pack. I use it every day since two or three years but i would never go with 5.11 packs for a big backpack because the straping systwm is shit vor heavy packs
To improve the systwm and adapt it to your needs, test the shit out of it:
Go for a 12h hike with it
Take it to a day on the shootingranche

yeah i always like to run my guns wet as hell. my lower is in the middle of the pack you can see my buttstock, bolt and ch are in the zipper pouch on the top. i do have a chest rig but i do a lot of camping and going to start doing some hiking. Dont know what your laws are but in Indiana i can carry my rifle and my pistol with my permit so i just wanted like a battle hike/hunt bag
