Not today mr atf!

Never commit a crime and never say anything about committing acts of domestic terrorism on this site.
After that, fill out the paperwork which, get interviewed, and wait to see if you are approved.

Then find a guy willing to sell you a full auto mp40 or whatever and fill out paperwork again and buy it.

No LEGAL automatics.
>>
Hang the Hughes Amendment.
>>
>>30189553
What do you mean get interviewed? Is the process not the exact same as any other nfa item?
>>
Break the law.
>>
>>30189453
What country are you in?
>>
>>30190568
This.

In a lot of european and even other non 3rd world countries, being a certified collector with shitloads of money and patience for government bullshit is the only way to get full autos, but sometimes once you get that permission, you can get some pretty cool stuff.

Like that Swiss anon with that new czech subgun and a FN Minimi.
>>
this may be a stupid question, but aren't only post-86 full retard funz banned? what's stopping people from running around with surplus?
>>
>>30189882
Pray God Emperor Trump gets persuaded by his sons to wipe it out.
>>
>>30190744
they are banned. If you find you're grandfather's old thompson gun there is no way you can ever legally own it. if you take it to the police and try to register it, it gets confiscated and melted down
>>
>>30190744
Limited supply and stupid high prices.

Which is why sometimes being a collector overseas is better, since they often get FA guns for cheap as their market is soooo limited legally.
>>
>>30190744
>>30190776
they are not banned
>post 86 sample
>>

A friend of mine got a legal full auto Swedish K. And shes like 20 or something.

She managed to buy it from some homeguard dude that had been allowed to keep it after they were phased out.

So Its possible to get without all the bullshit waiting if you are really lucky.

Yeah if you really want you could just go for your FFL if you are handy with tools to go for gun repairs or manufacturing, or just say you want to be an importer etc.

Even though you aren't supposed to get FFLs for recreational use, I'm pretty sure making money in a cool business you happen to love tends to turn that into a technicality, so just say you wanna make money filling a niche in the market.
>>
OP here I did forget to mention I'm American, sorry
>>
>>30190878
I'm not saying it's practical
>there isn't a lot of money in being a gunsmith. I should know
I'm saying that technically, legally, that you can get post '86 machine guns in the United States
>even though that doesn't answers OP's question of "being the best way"

the best way would be to set up a New Mexico LLC (aka "anonymous shelf company") and setting up a gun trust in the name of said LLC
>in which you are the owner, operator, CFO, etc.
>>
>>30190867
>homeguard.
Which nordic or baltic country?

Its odd just how simple other countries gun laws can be compared to us Americans.

Of course that's the whole point of soverignty, the various groups of people can decide their own gun laws and how they want to enforce them.
>>
>>30190963
I thought post samples are for dealers only?
>>
>>30190963
>gun trust shenanigans.
ATF doesn't like it anymore, and the lawsuits are going nowhere.
