The vast majority of RPG-7 grenades have only a pressure sentative detonator. Some also have a distance/time fuze (detonating at around 900m).
I have never heard of a delayed arming RPG-7. However, it's not impossible since it's a pretty common feature in more modern ammo for other RPGs.
