What is the best camo pattern for northern Ontario? For reference the majority of the terrain is like pic related, heavily forested with a mix of both coniferous and broadleaf trees. I'd be using it for hunting so something that will be reasonably effective in both summer and fall would be best.

Don't get me wrong. They are effective and popular. But there's no way literally every army has multicam. Woodlands aren't gonna magically turn to an arid environment. And never has there been an universal camo. DPM, woodland and lizard were popular, but never got the monopoly of all armed forces.
