"machine pistol" is generally used for talking about compact fully automatic SMGs, especially ones with the mag in the grip like a conventional pistol.
mac m10, micro uzi, glock 18, etc
Dracos and such are considered "rifle caliber pistols" if acknowledging US law, or "short stockless carbines" if looking at their design.

Dracos are better built than wasrs. They are double stack guns with the dimples. Everything just seems better on them.
