You can find used Ruger P-series pistols for sub $300. Or a used S&W Sigma / SD. Or slavshit.
Makarovs are really good you can find bulgarian and other good ones for around $300 that are built very well.

Not OP, but what's a good cheap revolver, let's raise the price too 400 or less for that ones. My two would be the Ruger Security Six(sometimes up too 450-499, normally less) or a Charter arms, especially the Bulldog .44 special.
