Moving forward, I find multicam to be pretty good for our areas. It actually tends to work better in winter with the white tones and the browns almost perfectly matching dead or browned brush.
For summer though, I prefer A-TACS-FG.
Though desu you might just want something to match whatever tractors are in your area, with how much god damn open farmland you guys have.

There's a lot of varied environments here, which means you just have to be picky and use your camoflauge properly. In areas with lots of flat, rolling fields, I'd be wearing multicam or NWU IIIs. Those two patterns also work well with dead leaves and light vegetation, like in less maintained woodlands. However, patterns like m81 Woodland, and British S95 DPM match the tone of the foliage and soil incredibly well here. A lot of forested areas are almost totally green, with nowhere for someone wearing a tan pattern like multicam to hide.
