I have $497.94 maximum to spend on a CCW and I want opinions on these possibilities that I've found on Gunbroker. If you guys have any recommendations, things you've found on Gunbroker that you think are good deals and feel like passing them on, I would very much appreciate it. I really don't know what I'm doing. I'm probably looking at choices which are too expensive for me. I want to get a good holster and some ammo, obviously.

If there is anything you guys are looking at for fun that you think would be a great first CCW and want to share it with me, it would make me happy.

My LGS is garbage, but the few pistols that they had and I held that I actually liked the feeling of are the following
>Glock 19
>Glock 26 (i could tolerate it, a bit fat and short)
>HK VP9 (apparently isn't that reliable)
>Sig Sauer P228 (all metal felt awesome)
>Beretta 92FS (fit like a glove)
>Walther CCP (felt fantastic and I really liked it but found out later that they apparently have issues?)
>Walther PPK (too much money and useless but it felt great)

Get something you can actually carry, a full size gun is pretty shitty if you actually want to carry daily without printing. A Shield is a great choice and is pretty affordable, it will give you room to get a holster and ammo to practice with.

Used Glock 19 (compact) 3rd gen.

This, get a shield.

Don't shields have the ultra shitty triggers that have a bad habit of breaking (or was it inconsistent breaks)?
>>
If you're mil/LE/firefighter/other-similiar-thing, you can get a Glock for $400 through the Blue Label program.

The Shield's trigger is adaquate. OP wants a carry piece, which implies it's for self-defense. If you're looking for a target gun to compete with, then maybe don't buy a Shield.
>>
You must be fat as fuck if you think those are good CC options. Among them though the best value is the FNS9.

Lc9s > shield.

I'm almost 6'0, about 130lbs.

I have one and have no issues with it. It doesn't have the greatest trigger but its totally fine for CCW.
