The back of the turret

The side.
the back

That's the rear of the turret. Mounted on it is a bustle rack, a bit of gear that mounts extra, non-mission critical spairs and equipment / ablative auxullery water bottle armor.

If you are talking about the rear overhang, that is called a bustle.
If you are talking about all that shit hanging off the right side of the turret, that is called a sponson.
Have a better version of your picture.

Bore evacuator.

Bustle racks are used to carry, as you can see, shit. That one has a few track segments and a idler sprocket along with a jerry can of KY jelly and methamphetamine.
>>29992879
the shit holder
>>29992879
either the righty-sighty-refuse-riggeryoo, or the boomity-boom-backity-box that carries the bangerang-blastrods for the rooty-tooty-point-and-shooty. depending on what you're looking at.
The knot

That's quite obviously the bore evacuator
>>29992879
Overhang?????

In older US tanks like the Sherman(s) it was a counter balance for the turret when housing long/large cannons. Today the rear of the turret (abram[s] and other euro MBTs) it's housing for blow out panels that store ammo and like the words imply blow out in the case of ammo detonation instead of roasting the crew, unless 3rd world shitheads leave the ammorack door open.
