Most concealable for "unarmed" combat:
A penny roll covered with electrical tape, put in palm of dominate hand, protects knuckles and adds mass to punch. Easily hidden and easy to get rid of. A bic lighter can work in a pinch but does not add mass
Could also look at steel toe Doc Marten boots, add some additional weight in toe and pad internally. Kick the shit out of someones shin, not very manly but will drop most people.
