Looking to upgrade my plate carrier. I bought this POS when I was a poorfag. I am less of a poorfag now and I'm looking to get something that is actually semi-comfy.

I have hiked around with it for hours at a time, but my loadout was pretty light, only IIIA soft armor, 3 ar mags, 2 glock mags, and about another 2lbs of assorted gear
It's more comfortable than my Condor MOPC, but that;s not saying that much

Range time only really. I don't really know how to explain it but the shoulder pads are really low profile but well padded. Where you shoulder your rifle its like seat belt material almost so really low profile. I have a Vltor stock on my AR and a triangle folder on my AK and both are fine.

My STT is comfy now, wasn't so out of the box.
Start by buyig some level IV plates. Ceramic or composite, both are g2g.
Do you need molle webbing?
If not, are you wearing a chest rig on top and or doing a swift clips system?
What's your budget? "Real" First Spear stuff is good. So is pig and lbt and tyr, of course cyre, but all those brands are $300 and up versus TAG, Mayflower, and tac tailor at the $200 range.
