There's a Veto Session in September that is specifically to address Governor Vetos.
We'd just have to wait until then, and with how the bill was passed (70-75% For in both houses) the veto would probably be overridden.
I'm hoping Nixon just sees the writing on the wall and passes it, knowing it'd get overridden anyway.
