No. They'll contact the pilot and insist he turn around the second he gets near their air space. They'll continue to tell him to divert course and probably send up a fighter escort. If they deem necessary the fighters will shoot it down if they fail to get ahold of the pilot or worse.
they'll try to contact it on the radio while f-16s intercept it, wave to the pilots, etc.
if it keeps flying into the restricted area and doesn't comply with instructions to follow the interceptors they may shoot it

Depends. If it's course looks threatening it'll probably get shot down. If it's just some guy in a Cessna that had a stroke and is dead stick they might let it fly through and crash later. I mean what's really at Area 51 that can be seen from the air anyway? Most of the test articles are probably in hangars during daylight hours.
