After training Japanese snipers two summers in a row, I can say they are enthusiastic and excited to work with and learn from Marine Scout Snipers. They don't complain and are open books. But their equipment is a big underwhelming and they failed to qual on the most basic, prone, slick UKD course of fire, as they couldn't shoot past 800 to save their lives. Still, a good batch of guys, just need better guns and more trigger time with knowledgeable instructors.
