Because most of the high-profile examples of an armed citizen stopping a mass shooting can be said to be ambiguous, like that guy who drew on the shooter in Clackamas, but didn't get a clear shot.
The other part of it is that if an armed citizen ends a potential mass shooting before the shooter gets to the official number, it isn't reported as a mass shooting and said armed citizen didn't stop one.
Once you shoot the guy planning the mass shooting, it sort of ceases to be a mass shooting.

They walked to the front of her car (honda crv) and taked for a minute and walked back, once i saw them turn around i put my hand on the 5 o clock like i was ready to pull out my gun and mugged them (didnt even have my gun, i'm an idiot). They looked at us as they walked by, then split different ways once they got a lane over.
So either it was hispanics looking for their car, or pedro, or they were canvasing an easy target in a busy ass walmart parking lot in pretty ghetto as st. louis.
