On Sunday, go to some pawn shops and check out their dirt poor shit ass pistol section. You're gonna be limited to jennings, ravens, and other shitty palm sized semi autos; old, top break revolvers; and hi-points.
Considering legally you can't conceal carry w/o a permit, the hi-points or the revolvers would be your best bet because those Saturday night specials are too small for a holster and honestly they're the worst of the lot.
The revolvers are hit or miss, and if you don't know what to look for you might get taken for a ride.
My personal suggestion would be a full size hi-point .45 pistol. Most reliable of the hi-points, it's like being the best of the worst. However, you may have to shop around to find one. Don't pay a penny more than $150 out the door.
