I'm looking for an IWI Jericho 941 (or 941 R), specifically the full-steel version with the slide-mounted safety/decocker.
Where in the ever-loving hell can I find pic related? I've been looking everywhere, but all I can manage to find is their new shitty polymer lower version, or the all steel with the frame safety. Apparently the version I'm looking for is a current porduction model, but I'll be damned if I can actually find anything on it.

Look for the Baby Eagle by magnum research. You'll have to get one used, all the new ones in the US are with the frame mounted safety (which is better so I have no idea why you want the slide mounted safety one).

Trust me, just buy one of the new IWI ones, you'll love it and although there are minor differences even a turbo-autist like myself does not notice them for not being the same as it is in Cowboy Bebop. Plus you get a better, and sexier, firearm with the new version.

In the US they only have pic related. Any of the old, slide-mounted safety designs are not available in the US unless you buy used ones.

I was referring to the shitty polymer frames they're somehow convinced they need to produce.
I'd totally be down for buying a new production one, having the accurate safety/de-cocker is just a plus.
Where can I even find one of these? Wvery time I do a Google search I get jack shit (I swear I'm actually intelligent).

Look up "Tanfoglio Mossad" on GunBroker. There are a bunch for around $300.

I special ordered one from my gun shop, you're almost never going to see one on the shelf. If you want one, that's about the only way you're going to get one. Alternatively you can try gunbroker but that seems like a bit of a pain in the ass and you have to pay FFL and shipping fees, whereas you're gunshop isn't going to charge you anything as they'll probably just have their distributor ship them one at no extra charge to you (at least that's what my gunshop did).

As in, CZ clones made by IWI more expensive than actual CZs.

the special order would definitely be more expensive. i was thinking of ordering off of cdisales before i just bought new and they usually go for around 350ish. mine was 550 shipped new. you could probably get it refinished and still break even if you don't like the wear and tear on it.

And if so, just curious, what really makes you want a Jericho? Because at that price point, and with a slide safety (protip, I own a 92fs, like it alot, I am not afraid of slide safeties and decockers) IMO I'd just buy a CZ75, maybe even a CZ75 SAO or a few bucks more for a P01.
Also, lack of rail... eh, doesn't do it for me. For me at least, a light on a gun is important. I don't care much about the resale value of my guns, but if you do, that will also hurt it.

The main reason I want this is that it's a cool handgun from something I enjoyed in my childhood. I'm not too concerned about the lack of a rail, but I do agree with you on the use of a light.

protip #2 I own a few .40s as well, and while I don't own one, have shot more than enough to get a feel for it. CZ style manages the "snap" well, as opposed to something like sig 226 that sucks cock in .40

I bought this one on Thursday. Finish has a few bad spots and a plum hue, thought it was worth the $325 BIN though. The bore is labeled as good buy it looks better than some that they sold last week.
