DO you even have the slightest idea how to put on an authentic (Or newly made) PU scope? You have to drill 2 holes through a hardened receiver, something thatll probably take a gunsmith, then you have to get a different bolt, then you have to cut down the wood to fit the holes through the receiver, and the slot for the bolt, all of that work, on top of a scope that costs literally 5+ times the cost of the rifle, on a barrel thats gonna be cut down to less than 10 inches. Mosins arent that accurate to start. youll be lucky if you can hit a 50 meter target.

Cut down the barrel and stock and tell the atf you bought it like that in s private sale and as far as you know it's always been like that and was manufactured as a pistol
