The Seven Year's War
Everything ancient Greece. Ancient Greece had like 4 golden ages, whereas most civilizations only get one.
From the Trojan war to Alexander the Great it's good history. Athens building the long walls to connect two cities and make it impossible for Sparta and her allies to win by siege, the heliopolis, the ten thousand ships launched to Troy, etc etc
