Depends on what you paid and what you thought you were getting.
They're fun cheap beaters and throwers. The Estwing is a better inexpensive tacticool hawk and the Cold Steels are better inexpensive traditional innawoods hawks.

The screws in the head will come loose after a while, but if you use it for practice then it's not bad.
As a real hawk though, it's junk.

Dad gave me the mini version for christmas, not the black one though its the stainless. Throws pretty nicely for me.

Throwing it into a tree or splitting an occasional dry log? Bretty gud.
Scaring away trespassers yelling, shirtless and with death gleaming in your eyes? Could be better, but it'll do.
Unless it weighs like paper it can do decent damage, axe end against flesh and pick end against bone.
Chopping down trees or cutting wet firewood, however..
