Land is affordable, rent isn't proportionally but it's approachable. GCI is bringing gigabit fiber into Anchorage in the near future, though it's tolerable as it is. Shipping is rough, as are fruit and vegetables during the winter. Otherwise pretty okay.

Look man AK is a fun place to visit but it's not as great as the hype. I'm born and raised here, love it but hate it too. Fairbanks is being invaded my Cali fags and sucked even befor that.
