These are all roughly outside of your price range but not by much. If you really want to stick to $200 you'll be limited to a Hi Point or used Star Model B.
That's for handguns anyway. If you want a long arm get a Maverick 88 or a nugget.

I'd strongly suggest putting up an ad on armslist looking for a used TP9SA for $300. The decocker can be disabled with two minutes of work and they're every bit as good as more expensive wondernines.

I also recommend visiting a gun store. I can tell you from experience that no matter how many times you grab things and/or flush Benjamins down the toilet, you're just going to wind up disappointed. And with smelly hands.

It was also hilarious when we went to an indoor range that was full of pistol shooters and the barrel poked out from the stall followed by the bang so loud that everyone looked out of their stalls like "Da fuq was dat?!?!?!"
It is also really easy to clean with the small number of parts and can look really good if you take care of the wood with a nice stain and regular treatments.
Maverick 88 would be solid.
Realistically though just save up a few hundred bucks more and get something better. No point in getting a shit gun unless you absolutely need one for protection asap.

Depends on the SKS. Yugos are usually the cheapest, followed by Chinese and then Russians. $300 is a deal on any of them, expect to pay $450-500 on a Chinese or Russian. Also, older Russians don't have chrome lined barrels, but newer ones do (after 1955 I think? Google it).
