What's the point of carrying a snubnose when the Glock 29 has everything you need?

It's a very powerful gun. I you can carry it regularly and handle it as well as smaller calibers you will have a bit of an advantage.

Probably weight, overall a 29 is a bigger gun, and some people just prefer a snub to a semi.
I would compare them more to the 26, considering most snubs are in 38, and nine has more similar ballistics

10mm is inconsistent, there are loads that are barely hotter than .40, hard cast bullets tumble out of OEM glock barrels, meanwhile 357 is consistent. Also, if you knew jack shit you'd know you have better ballistics out of your revolver because of the barrel length.
I've been hearing rumors about Glock 30/29 having feeding problems with JHP/Flat head FMJ, can someone verify this? I really want a 30s.

There are .357mag loads that are barely hotter than .38spl, faggot. It's not "inconsistent" because of it. Glock says not to use cast lead bullets out of their polygonal barrels anyway, but I'd love proof of what you're referring to, including both the ammo data and specific model and barrel length.

If you're asking, I'll say why I carry a revolver.
I can put it in my front pants pocket and it is invisible, even when I'm gripping it.
I can put it in my jacket pocket, grip it and shoot it without issue.
Despite all the things I hear on /k, I've never had a revolver break or malfunction.
No such thing as limp wristing it, at least in my personal experience. A bad grip won't hamper function.
In short, it's just convenient and easy, and I just don't think I need more than 5 rounds, and I won't be mugged further away than 2 feet, so double action close range work is fine for me.
I love my autoloaders for classes/competition and shtf fantasy, but in everyday life, I think my j-frame is all I really need.

I have had a rash of failures with my Glocks recently. First my trusty 17 just died at an IDPA match 3 months ago. Looks like the striker spring wore out. Worked great the week before, but the match was literally "bang, click, tap, rack, click, tap, rack, bang, click"
So I switched to my 19 the next match, and it is a new and clean gen 4. TWO jams (FTE), and the best theory I have is somethings off with the extractor.
Guns of all types go click when they should go bang...just happens.

I had a 36 that I had to send back because of terrible malfunction rate.
Has run great since it came back. They just swapped out a bunch of common springs and that fixed it, but so much for Glock perfection.
