I think as far as Sweden and Finland goes Sweden in general has superior technology, mostly in terms of navy and air force but also just armor/equipment in general. Finland on the other hand thanks to conscription has a waaaay bigger capable fighting force, better infantry and really good artillery. Hard to say which is stronger but that doesn't really matter when Sweden and Finland are allies.
