I don't know anything about SKS's, but when the pin on my revolver got stuck I disassembled the thing to the point that I could get the cylinder out and pushed the pin back with a screwdriver. I then took it out and filed down where I thought it was catching.

Hit it with CLP yet? Might break down any rust you have in there.
Take the pin assembly out and soak it in clp. Worth shot if you're already trying boiling.

Submerge BCG/whatever with firing pin in penetrating oil/rust solvent. Give it some light taps after a day or so, maybe some taps and more submergence.
Failing that use an electrosonic cleaner or use electrolysis maybe.
If that doesn't work chances are you aren't using enough force and bought a lot of equipment you will use on surplus down the line anyway.

Yeah man SKS rifles get that problem alot because of cosmeline build up, all you have to do is put the bolt assembly in a gallon pot of water with about 1/4 cup of hoppes 9# and boil it for about 30 minutes.
