Keltec should just be a prototyping company that sells their designs to a competent manufacturer who refines them so they don't look like shit and then makes them with parts that don't break

But to answer your question, meme gun is a useless term. It gives no parameters for the information request. It's also widely open to interpretation; what is a "meme gun" to one person is a perfectly acceptable piece of hardware to another. Therefore, it's better to make specific requests for specific information, rather than spouting useless terms that don't do shit for nobody.

Just get a handgun, it's more versatile (you can carry it, as you should). You don't get that much more performance out of a longer barrel, at least it's not applicable for what you intend to use it for. I'd recommend getting something with a safety if you're so ghetto you think keeping it under the seat is a good idea.
