Irish infantry snipers are more likely to be using accurized DSA fal's or AUG's

A.R.W. is probably the most elite unit available to the European Union Military Command (EUROFOR or whatever the fuck, same shit the Franco-German Brigade falls under).
Other euro SF units fall under their own countries only and/or NATO

Because in this particular competition they were better than everyone else. People like to make up stories about how whoever won hand selected their best and everyone else didn't, but this is completely unfounded and pretty ignorant. It proves nothing aside from on this day, at this spot, the Irish won. Sample size of exactly one.
If a country was constantly winning or taking top three in competitions, I'd be a lot more likely to say they've got something figured out (either a winning formula or gaming the competition).

The Irish Republic considers the IRA a terror group so not really. The Irish do quite a lot of peacekeeping but as a neutral country outside of nato that's about it.
