Read the fucking RAND report about the NATO in Baltics vs Russia and just extrapolate from there because the situation ain't much different across the continent.
Europe's unfortunately demoralized and they have very little incentive to drop everything and fight.

You do know it was based on a board game right? Also you do know that Russian generals constantly complain about the inferiority of their conventional forces to NATO ones, and thus will use nukes at the slightest provocation because they know they would lose a conventional fight?
Hell look at Ukraine, with ten thousand plus troops they managed to slightly enlarge the rebel held Donetsk and luhansk territory across several months. Their largest gain, on the southern flank, was ~100 km. That gives an average speed of 20 meters/hr. To go 160 miles at that rate would take about 11000 hours or approximately a year and a half.
Remember Russia's combat doctrine is not one of lightning advances, it is one that relies on massed heavy artillery and assaults across the line to find and create weak points. Further what aerial bombing capacity they have is largely limited to dumb bombs, which require the use of saturation tactics to be viable, and thus requires even more time pounding the enemy before movement. This inevitably means that Russian strikes move slowly. This means if Russia attacks NATO, there will be more than enough time to redeploy assets to the region, and quickly Russia will lose the initiative.
Russia is incapable of fighting an offensive war against the EU, let alone NATO.
