K31. It's a great rifle. Ammo is getting a little harder to find but it's good stuff. This gun has good sights, great trigger, and cool straight pull action.

Yeah, one pin holds the sear, safety, and spring together so it's straight forward. I ended up removing the decocker just for extra room to align the safety but it's not hard by any means.
It does void your warranty though, if you aren't a Sig certified gunsmith.

Is there a tasteful way to modify (non-rare) milsurp bolt actions to mount scopes? Say one has a collection of Mosins, Enfields, and Mausers from his poorfag days. What kind of cost can he expect to turn some of the more accurate ones into "sniper" rifles?

For thread I offer dpms. Their ar 15's take some shit but I have had zero issues with mine through the 2500+ rounds I've put through it. Usually can find them for 600 if your lucky.

just bought a DPMS because it's cheap and I wanted to get one before CA possible bans bullet buttons.
But because I'm a massive mongoloid retard I bought a set of MBUS sights without realizing that the front would be mounted on the gas block.
Also the gas block rail is not on the same plane as the receiver rail. Do you have any suggestions on what to do? Preferably on the cheaper side, I know Troy makes sights that would work but they're kind of pricey

I changed mine to a fixed front sight. I think magpul makes a front sight for lower railed gas blocks. Look on cheaper than dirt for options. I know they have a category of front sights for lower gas blocks.

You'll be dealing with a lot more sway if your secondary hand is too close to center and not supporting the muzzle
