Let's be serious for a minute.
How many former SF/Force Recon/SEAL/Rangers live in a sub $50,000 bracket after they leave the military?

Pic related was supposedly a former SF guy living in crack houses. I doubt the military would leave a member of SOF in that bad a shape.
>>
>>28908873
You'd be surprised how little the military cares for people after they separate

The only time they ever contact former service is if you owe them money

Lol.

The military chews up and spits out whomever, wherever, and no matter what they did for it besides high ranking officials, regardless of their SOF operator operator abilities.

The COMMUNITIES they come from will usually offer support, but the military at large doesn't care if sgt jackson was a fucking war hero (unless he got the MOA, which he didn''t because operator operator black ops) or if sgt jackson was a boot supply quartermaster.

When you get out, they try to do their best to keep your benefits from you (disability, medical care for problems they caused, commisary benefits etc etc) while you fight to keep them because you deserve them.

I imagine being sufficiently fucked up from the stuff some of the guys have seen makes adjusting to life, making it to your appointments, paying rent on time etc. etc. difficult.

SOF guys at large have a very great constitution and obviously have extreme willpower and a desire to succeed, so they are LESS likely to become homeless. (no homeless guy talking about Granada on the street was actually there cappin kids and burning dindus, real SOF people are smarter than to advertise that.)

TL;DR

It's possible though highly unlikely.

Women's Studies and Psychology or
Criminal Justice and English or
Sociology and Literature

All degrees are not created equal.
>>
>>28910077

Psychology and Sociology are okay degrees but require Masters, PhD, and MD level qualifications to be used to their full potential. Some English/Literature programs are solidly built as alternative Pre-Law programs. Criminal Justice is too narrow to be that useful, particularly when other majors also get you into police work.

Now women's studies is just utter shit.
>>
>>28909142
Can confirm. LTs get shit on from the first day they're in charge of a platoon. Then they become an XO and have a shit ton of responsibility and then they're a CO, with even more bullshit.

And no one respects an officer. It's always fake, forced respect because they're forced to salute them and shit. But no one actually respects someone that never went through basic training and ever had to do a push up or get yelled at.
