Honestly, I'm using a Corsair H60 I got for $20 on clearance back when they were first released. I like it, and for a closed-loop it keeps temps down pretty nicely. I'm using an i7-3770k OC'd to 4.0 GHz.

It was a great upgrade compared to the 212. I'm running a i7-4790k, and at full load (not OCed) it was sitting around 93c with the 212. With the h100i with only one fan is sits at 78c, a very big difference.

Amazon. look for Valley Forge flags. Usually you can get full sized nylon-embroidered flags for $20. cotton costs a bit more but unless it's staying inside I recommend Nylon.

Noctua is some dank shit. Cost 65 on newegg on sale. I had a Corsair water system, 120mm radiator with 2 high hydrostatic pressure fans in push-pull pulling from the back of the case. the radiator always got dusted up and it never performed as well, or as silently, as this noctua that cost less than it.
Well, the corsair (H60?) was on sale, $60, technically, but it had no fans. So I spent 2x7 bucks on nice fans for it. I was always around 40-65*.
The biggest downside is that, because I am retard, I mounted it turned the wrong way and it's blocking one of my RAM slots. I do miss that about the water systems. moves the bulk away from the CPU.

I'd start out with a bolt action .22 rifle, or semi-auto.
Bolt action to help train marksmanship skills, then move up to a centerfire intermediate caliber rifle.
Ruger 10/22 or American Rimfire are both great rifles under $300 that don't need anything else. Marlin Model 60, Savage MK II FV-SR, and the CZ 455/452 are also great rifles. They're not as reliable or may not have the same aftermarket, but they're great.
After you get down proper marksmanship, get a WASR, Century C39V2, AMD-65, or any DDI rifle and work with those.
I know it sounds tedious, but you'll love yourself in the future. Everyone I know who started on a shotgun or centerfire rifle developed a flinch that they had to train hard to get rid of.
