Hey, /k/. Got a problem.
I told you all I was buying AR kits to build with my dad and brother for christmas...give us a break from assembling kids toys and build grown up ones instead.

Well, my brother's wife 86'd the idea. His gun safe is full and there's no room for an ar15. So I built his and kept it. Built one with my father for him. Just generic carbines, nothing special. Anderson lowers, PSA melonite builds.

So, my problem is, I have a leftover AR15 lower. Its crying to me in the closet. What do I build with it? Flat top 20"? 300 blackout? Help me out...

tl/dr have a 16" ar15 carbine and a lower, trying to figure out what to do with the lower.

Do what I'm doing op. I've got a spare lower I'm going to use for a pdw build. I'm going to run the Troy M7A1 pdw stock kit with a ten inch barrel.

build a mock M4

20" government profile. ooh baby.

Ya, I thought about going pdw, but I don't really want to pay the tax/fill out the paperwork.

>>28327281
Government profile might be the way to go. Was thinking of 300blackout, but again, if I'm not going to SBR it/suppress, not sure there's much of an advantage.

Maybe going with optics...

9mm build.

Build a retro AR.

20" upper with a carry handle.

I love the idea of a 9mm build, but I'd need to get a mag block or a separate lower, which kind of defeats the purpose of the 'free' lower I have. That, and ballistics of 9mm carbines are pretty meh, esp. compared to .223.

I think if I wanted a 9mm carbine i'd just grab a hipoint or a sub2k

8.5/11.5 300BLK pistol, 14.5 556 pistol, 458 SOCOM rifle, 545 rifle, et cetera - plenty of options

M16 clone should be slabside, 9mm should have a small mag well, 762x39 should take AK mags. None of this your lower can do.
>>28327318
SBR restrictions are also really gay.

SBR restrictions are better than having your dog shot.
I'd like a suppressor, too...

18" rifle gas for 3 gun gaming.
>>
>>28327227
leave it alone until something neat goes on sale and buy that
>>
>>28327852
As a cheap bastard this may be what I end up doing...

I'm leaning towards a 20" government or a 300blackout, I think. Maybe we'll go with whichever goes on sale first.

You realize she's probably having sex with your brother, too, right? You're literally the king of betas.
>>
>>28329502
Um. I kind of hope my sister in law is having sex with my brother. That's how it works, you know. Maybe you should re-read...

Retro, 9mm, or 7.62x39 kit from PSA.

>>28329502
>Women sleeping with their husband's brother is so commonplace that not sleeping with your sister in law is cuckoldry.
Wat.

What the hell am I reading?

Oh yea, my vote is totally go for a 9 mm SMG build if you want to spend the dosh on a 9 mm kit. Get a seven-ish inch barrel or whatever the Colt one had, and either rock that bad boy as a pistol, or SBR it one day. I saw one in a small gun store locally and it really stood out.

what the fuck is wrong with you cucks?

why are you sharing potential felony's officer? seriously does the internet need to every. god damn. thing. about this?

> trying to figure out what to do with the lower.

make it an ar9 in pink and see if "your brothers wife's vagina in a shape of a mouth" can make room for it in the safe. why would internet strangers give a fuck?

Potential felony?

I bought an ar planning on giving it to my brother, who can legally own it and lives in my state. He didn't want it so I, who can legally own an AR, kept it.

Man, you read a lot of words to ragepost, friend. I think you should spend a couple of hours in your hugbox.
