I really like the size of the ESEE-3. I wanted something small and light, since I have a gransfors forest axe for heavy duty work. This should be just about perfect. I couldn't even tell the ESEE box was a knife when it was handed to me. It's the full kit with kydex sheath, clip, and molle backer.

Does it add any difference to the width of the grip opposed to the factory? I have a cz custom alumi-thin on mine, eels awesome but kinda plain IMO.

It does add just a bit of thickness compared to the factory grips. It doesn't have much in the way of that dip towards the top where your thumb sits, which I miss. I do like that it retains that lip at the very top though.
I plan on getting a compact PCR or RAMI and will probably put those thinner aluminum grips on it.

It was a great Christmas - Lots of gin, and looking for Algerian War era leather LBE.
My dad is the only one in the family who gets me any kind of /k/ stuff; this year he gave me 100 rounds of Israeli 8x57 surplus and 140 rounds of MAL M193.
I was gonna get him a stripped AR lower, but the local shop that has such good deals on them was out-of-stock so that will have to wait for his birthday in a month. I got him state park and trail passes and a shitload of chocolate-covered cherries instead.

I was planning on getting a CZ75, but my LGS didn't have any in stock. Asked the guy if he could back-order one, and he pulled out the big book of guns to find a catalog number. He pulled it up on his computer and couldn't find any on stock from his distributor. Told me he had no idea when their distributor was getting anymore. He said that sometimes it takes a few months for them to re-stock items.

I settled for a Glock brand Glock 17 gen 4. Preddy happy with the purchase though, after watching the torture tests.
Figure I'll just try to salvage through shit at my local gun show to find a used CZ that I can re-finish; but I need to ceratkote and pu scope muh sks first.
