good. I have 3 uppers from them, a BCM, and an upper I put together with a fancy barrel. only bad thing about PSA is their shipping speed but if you're patient they are worth it. if you aren't patient then buy BCM because even though they cost more they do ship fast.

has no BCG or CH so tack on another $100-120 for BCG and CH from somewhere else. aimsurplus has some good deals on BCGs. the KMR is a good rail and the surefire brake is worth $50 on its own plus pinning. BFH is a quality barrel.

You're looking to spend $600 on an upper... I literally just got an entire rifle kit minus the lower for $370 shipped.
Holy hell man.
Build your own upper. Get an AR tool, a decent barrel, a decent free-float rail, get a gas block/tube, a bolt carrier and charging handle, and make sure it's got the forward assist... Then you're done.
This is not rocket science. You don't need any fancy receiver blocks. Torque the barrel nut hand tight, then fit the bolt carrier/charging handle in and install on the lower... Then advance the barrel nut, holding the pistol grip, until there's space for the gas tube.
Two or three allen key screws and you've got a gas block in. Two to five screws to attach a rail. Then put a sight on it.
Build your own shit and invest in a decent optic instead.
