So I came to you fuys yesterday and I have decided to get a Mkpistol and convert it into an SBR. Should I go the route of the MP5K (with or without the threaded barrel) or the traditional MP5?

I just had Old Snakes M4 built. Cost me $750 for the build, not including the price of the parts, ie, handguard, muzzle break, and sights. Looking for something cooler and I love the MP5.

Some company here in central Florida. One of the guys worked for Spikes. They build a rifle the way you want it. I bought all the accessories when I was in Iraq 2 years ago and decided to build it now.

Pistol chambered SBR's can't do nearly as much as a rifle chambered SBR,but if you're going for cool factor, the full length MP5 blows the MP5K out of the water IMO.

Yep, if you are not dead set on an mp5, check out the scorpion EVO, you can SBR it and keep your total under 1200$

i got a MPX recently for the fuck of it. def still not even half as cool as an MP5 but its alright. im waiting on my form1 but i got the gen 2 sig brace and honestly i dont feel all that gay for using it. it doesnt look half as bad as the gen 1. But yeah, if you end up not doing an HK, id recommend the MPX as an alternative.
