Lol, and people actually said that Century had changed.

But why do people who own the Cetme/G3 style rifles always blab about its history? I can't say I've seen it happen much with other guns, but you give a one of these guys the chance and they'll talk your ear off about the history of their damn gun.
>>
>>28274831

They want to make sure you know they didn't buy some piece of shit and that it's a copy of a gun that has been in many conflicts around the world.

PSG1/MSG90 is a wonderful precision rifle.
G3, leaves a lot to be desired.
Cetme even more so
Century is just leave it alone.

I'm currently saving up for the PTR version, the only product I have read good review on from century is the C39 and the C39 V2

Maybe they think people don't know the history behind the design the gun? Suffice to say, it's not like the CETME pattern rifle is as common place as the AR or AK.

But personally, I feel a lot of people feel the need to explain the history of the gun if it wasn't designed in the last 20 years. Especially when it comes to Cold War era guns.

Did people expect anything different from a budget rifle cobbled together from surplus parts?

Why do people shit on this youtuber so much? It seems that he delivers information in a very clear an concise way, which is a lot more than can be said of most gun youtube channels. (looking at you, nutn, hickock45, Iraqveteran8888, etc.)

700 for a century 5moa monkey gun or 1000 for a 1 moa PTR

I am no longer going to order one of these.

How is this Century's fault? All this stuff was easy to fix, and you guys are acting like this means Century and the C308 is shit, when It's not.

Talk about poorfags not being able to afford to replace parts, lol. PTR goys are just mad that they had to pay $900 - $1000 when if they just waited they could've bought a C308 that's just as good at a fraction of a cost.
>>
>>28275818
PTR is good. Mine had a weld crack and needed to be sent back. It happened around 800 rounds. First I have heard of that but free fix. Otherwise it is my favorite gun out of about 30.

Don't buy anything century made. Imported is usually fine but their c39 rifles are bad.
>>
>>28282172
>C39 is bad

I own a V93 wich has been flawless, how is the C39 bad?
>>
I own a C308. It's okay - but I only paid $580.
>>
>>28281983
well, he couldn't repeat another slamfire, so it might've been a bad primer.
Then again, his firing pin broke, so suspicions point right back to the gun.
>>
>>28282163
well, it's like paying high dollars for a high class hooker vs. cross-my-fingers quality if you were to pay for your mom.
Sure, both have a chance of giving you STD's, but your mom has a much more lower standard, so she is the bigger risk.

>1 moa PTR

Sorry, but you are probably not going to get a 1MOA with a regular PTR out of the box. 1.5-2.5 is more realistic with a good shooter and good ammo. To get 1MOA reliably from a PTR means extensive modifications or by the more expensive MSR/MSG models.

It "feels" sub-moa in my hands because of sheet metal stampings and superior tight tolerances.

I have mixed reviews on these rifles and would rather not be an early adopter. Especially if I can get a proven WASR or PAP in the same price range.

Why trust a company that has a history of poor craftsmanship to launch a new product without any problems?

This m70 ab2 cost me $500 and has been perfect.

Get the How a 1500. Same lrice, much better trigger.
