>16 year old me
>workin' at a grocery store as a checker
>Christmas eve, we close early
>one of two days we close early the whole year plus Christmas we're actually close competely
>old Jewish looking guy comes in
>it's closing time and we make the announcement
>20 minutes later this guy is still taking his fucking time
>the front end supervisor goes up to him and asks if she can help him find anything
>he looks at her with a cold glare and goes back to his fucking grape quest
>five minutes later he slowly makes his way up to the register
>the supervisor and I are the only ones left upfront while all the other departments finish up their shit
>he manages to stretch out 12 items into a six minute ordeal with coupons and double checking everything

So i spend the time with getting hyped for it and learing about it (i need to find a place to buy inch-pattern magazines)
