There are jobs women can do better then men. I've seen it in the intelligence community and several other places throughout my career. I can't think of what else. If we get into a serious full scale war women will be far and few between in the front lines. For example the Soviet actually fielded very very very few women during the great patriotic war. They're rooted in evolutionary psychology and impact the ability to reason, to assess threats, to react, to work with a team, to grasp concepts like honor and sacrifice.

I don't think you understand what liberalism is.
What you're describing is the faux liberals who are infesting the democratic party and subverting supposed left-wing movements throughout the first world. Real liberalism is essentially what this country was founded upon: as much freedom for as many people as possible, democracy, rights and limited government. That is, the opposite of authoritarianism.
The fact is, these people aren't liberals by their very definition because they believe in using authoritarian means to accomplish their ends. Censorship, gun control, monitoring and controlling speech for "offensiveness", considering people guilty until proven innocent, none of these things are actually liberal values.
