Hello /k/, question for you
I'm hosting my dad and his new skank for the holidays, but today he attacked me and ran off with one of my AR's and a customized tacticool Ruger 10/22.
I contacted the police, they showed up and had me file a police report and give them the serial numbers of the guns. But nothing has turned up yet, and my father and his fianceé have gone dark on social media.
My renter's insurance SHOULD cover it, but firearms are a very... ambiguous area. Is there anything I can do? He's probably back in New York by now, and my mother, or any of my uncles has heard anything from him.
I'm worried that they'll destroy my guns, or worse... shoot up a place. Would I be charged as an accomplice in the event they do harm someone or get caught with 2 NY illegal guns?
Please help, I'm freaking out.
