What do some people in this thread have against CZ?
I only ask because I bought the P-01 a few days ago and am picking it up soon (commiestate waiting period).
Most people only have good things to say about them. I've shot a fullsize and compact 75B before and there was one jam in the compact, but the owner assured me that never happens.

Tempted. Not sure I want to carry an all-steel gun IWB. Currently carry a SW Bodyguard or SR9c IWB, but might look into a shoulder-holster or OWB with the CZ as a 'winter gun'.
I gotta give CZ credit. Who else could machine their pistols with an angle grinder and coat them with spray paint while managing to sell them for $400+.

I recently bought an SP-01 with the safety. Surprised that the spring guide rod is polymer with a flat spring, considering the 75/85 is metal with a wire spring. Anyone know why?

....but the decocker just puts it in half way position. You get the same trigger pull weight, but at half distance. A stopgap from full DA and light SA.
I guess if you're comfortable carrying it with hammer cocked and no safety, ok.
