I pointed out to the two idiots arguing, and Indirectly to OP, open voice channels are a thing. That is the extent of the information they are going to be sharing.
I'm not sure what sort of co-ordination is going to be happening between the two sides, but voice comms over open channels pretty much cover the extent of what would be communicated. Russia isn't going to be designating NATO targets nor is NATO going to be designating Russian targets
