I am. I bought a rear receiver stub a few months back. Once I get the cash, I'm going to get the partial G36 clone converted into a full G36 clone with a re-profiled barrel. I already have all of the parts, I just need the $1500 that labor will cost.
The upper SL8 I'm going to have converted into an XM8 look-alike using a TBT kit. That'll cost around $1400 for the kit and $1000 in labor + other parts.
I don't know why I ever got into HK long guns. They're nothing but money sinks. But I love them.

Pretty simple, but you'll need an airbrush.
I spray a base coat with krylon, then use acrylics through the airbrush to get the pattern I want. The green one is a green base w/black stripes, and the other is a tan base with 2 other brown shades
You can make some pretty crazy patterns if you get creative

Well, sure, but efficiencies are generally the same regardless of the person in question.
The other tripfag's stance serves no purpose - from a tractical standpoint he should be squared to keep plates facing the target and get some rounds going to the general direction, or hit the damn deck and find some cover.

The naked eye can't see IR, but a laser from a PEQ or other dbal will burn your cornea just as quick as a red or green laser if pointed directly into your eye. Amplify 4x through an ACOG and you're probably going to have a bad time. No idea if NVGs will protect you..
