There has been a major incident in Ottawa, Ontario today. Two soldiers were shot at the National War Memorial. Following that, a shooter entered Parliament, and there are reports of further shooting at the Rideau Center. Cellular jammers have been deployed.
Everything is confused at the moment, so it's difficult to say much beyond that definitely.

No deaths have been confirmed yet, but the shooter in parliament is likely dead after engaging in a short firefight with the sargent at arms and the soldier shot at the memorial is likely dead aswell going by the footage of 1st responders doing CPR on him all the way into the back of the ambulance.
