I found it simple to install (kind of) and very subtle. It's an epic game enhancer and leaves the game largely vanilla. It's one of the few mods I use on the /k/ STALKER stream at twitch/nordendex if you want to check out some past broadcasts using the mod. You'll probably want to just skim through the most recent broadcast since the early ones don't have the mod on.
