Fuck, I missed it because Wheustoff wouldn't let me out of the hospital. I'm extremely disappointed I did, because it looks like a fuckton of fun. I even went to Sam's Club and Gander Mountain and bought supplies to go, including whole pallets of bottled water. Maybe it's best I didn't go, stuck in a wheelchair and going out to the range on Satellite Ave would be a pain without my cousin's FJ.

Here's a shot of mostly everybody. It was a good turnout just enough people to not crow the area too much. High chance of this happening again maybe in the winter.

The answer is clear, we have local chapters so that the closest meet up is never more than a 1 hour/30 minutes away from anyone.

There were more people interested in this meet up than came to it, there's more people who wanted to come but didn't because of distance than people who came.
We need to figure out where our largest concentrations of interested people are, make local meet ups that meet these areas, and make it some larger group.
Maybe /k/ radio can finally blast out on a real pirate radio station for us too.

RO's are pretty chill so long as you're not stupid. most common rules broken are crossing the red line during a cold range and packing and unpacking firearms behind the red line. they get a little butt hurt when you show up with your rifle outside of a case/bag but their usually cool with it if you're mag out bolt back.

The ranges in central Florida, space coast especially, suck massive dick. There's a few areas like said place in the meetup, but that's getting pretty popular from people telling other people; so it's getting crowded. The compound down in Palm Bay used to be a good spot until the police started cracking down in that area. There isn't really anywhere else out to shoot in the middle of nowhere. All the land out by Nova Road is owned by the Mormon's; and they're VERY anal about any kind of trespassing. You'll bet your ass they'll van your ass in a heartbeat.
So I'm on the eternal hunt for a good spot to shoot without the extremely anal funrange rules in almost every range around here. It's kind of a drag. Florida is not a very good place to shoot.

Debrief: Eleven /K/omrades gathered on this fateful day, and after the guns and funs were counted we had no Stoners and SO MUCH KALASH. As per American custom, we asked them to stop and heavily implied that we would kill them otherwise. All in all it was a good day, if not the hottest day ever.
Roster: Normal kid is actually normal, and he's the only one young enough, in shape enough, and naive enough to perhaps have a fruitful career in SF someday. The collector gave us party favors (not sexual). He actually looks like the russian bear cav, I think someday he make for good commander for the conscripts, queers, and other degenerates. Despite his wealth of firearms knowledge, he hadn't ever shot an AK. This is why we go outside K.
Grandpa can't find a matching set of camo. The Chechen could kill us all by himself and we know it. The Chimpout Reenactor explored every way to fire a rifle while holding it sideways and undulating one's pelvis. Elmer Fudd also had little to no experience shooting, and yet somehow he knew exactly what he was doing, I didn't have to correct him once. Hah, that's why I grew a beard at first, to hide my lack of a jaw line. Only when I lost weight did I start cutting it off at my jaw. Now I just have it because it's comfy and I hate how my bare face looks and feels. Also I trim it in short on the sides and angle it under my chin so it makes my face look longer and less square.
