If, in the politically impossible scenario, we entered a ground war with North Korea their military would get scrubbed out in a couple of weeks and the entire government of the country would be toppled within a month. Aid in the form of food and medical supplies as well as volunteer humanitarian efforts would set up in the area and emaciated asians would all peacefully capitulate as a new government was installed.
