Mostly ladybaby beause they were still active back then and they were the fresh new meme with millions upon millions of youtube hits, and also because 2/3 of the group did underage gravure... but yeah it was but it also wasn't known as the alternative idol thread back then.
When /alt/ properly started, the first handful of threads were slow but at least it was equal opportunity for all groups.
If the YMM fanbase is going to dump 99% of the pictures and posts several times a day, maybe they should recognize that they've become too big and that it's time to graduate to their own general. There are more posts complaining about YMM posts than actual YMM posts in here. Not sure how much of that is that one guy who has generally shitting on other peoples posts adopted as his gimmick though.

1 - The call and response is fun. Otherwise feels more idol-y than usual Death Rabbits, but in a good way.

4 - Glad to hear another AKIRADEATH collab.
5 - Another track that is more idol-y, CAH-UN-PAN-EE
6 - Emi keeps getting more and more talented. This one is REALLY good.
7 - Kind of weird, but still catchy.
8 - SUTURIIIIIIIIMU! Even more pyon, can't go wrong there. Top track on this album.
9 - Goes hard, because rabbits are hardcore animals.
10 - Nice change of pace, very good use of Bucho. He should do more of this.

12 - Feels similar to 9, very Death Rabbits sounding.

Original op of most of the threads here. I plead guilty for forgetting Death Rabbits new album, but the release of Virtual was included on the thread that was posted to early. For the record I think the only bands that appears in the op pics at two instance are Ylmlm (#3 and #6) and Passcode (#1 and #8).
But as the current version made me laugh (even if I'm a Ylmlm fag) I guess it is fine and thatvit will be fixed at the next iteration. Sucide anon has also became a character of the threads, as are the two guys that battle with Koto and KirKat pics.

Well, first the "main" mixs are pretty much commun to every band. By main I mean the "jaa jaa" one (tiger, fire, cyber, blabla....) and it japanese and ainu variants. As already said, this one may be done by forming circles. The one that are like "Oh Oh... fuwa fuwa" are also pretty common. Just listen to a few live video and it should be really easy to remember them (as I said, their are pretty common) and their timing during each song. You also have some mix that are particular to a given band/member (ex: "CHI-FO-N ! SA SA SA!", "NAPI-CHAN! YOU!). It may also be very usefull to remember when are located the solos of you favorite girl by the way. You'll also have always some peoples that know ALL the dance moves and follow them (and I'm thinking about one particular crazy (in the good sense of the term)girl for this).
When a particular member is singing, they may be some lifting of fans. For example, be prepare to be pushed to the barrier if you are in the wrong trajectory during a solo part of Ano. I was at this one yes. But I don't think my face is pretty visible (and I wasn't the only foreigner).
I don't know for vocaloid and other more "traditionnal" show. Maybe some anon have different inputs for the group they follow, so I'm talking mostly for Yurumerumo, Bellring and Passcode.
But what I really like in these gigs is that most of them are of "human size" with no more than a few hundred people most of time. Thus, it is pretty easy to go near the front of the stage, especially at it seems to me that some personns are reluctant to do so for diverse reasons.
Add to this the "chaos" created by lifting and crowd surfing, chaos increased by the fact that the idols may add their grain of salt, for example by climbing on the barrier or by spitting water on people ( thank you Kanra!).
Thus you have a serious chance to have your "I'm noticed by senpai" moment : there are no cuter thing that an idol laughing during a live at shit fan are doing. At the same time, everyone is cooperating during the live and the ambiance is really friendly once you entered in the show, even if you may end up with a few bruise in certain instances.

Mosh, lifts, dives (some groups ban them), running in circles are common in many "Underground" Group gigs.
Usually when a Group gets too popular or someone gets Hurt/fans get out of hand/Watanabe wants to Be an asshole things usually calm down as they introduce rules that ban such activity.
Also, real wotagei (Thunder snake, yellow panchosu) is really common in many scenes.
The "traditional" giga are much calmer with mainly calls and light wotagei due to the increased audience

Well, I may try a gig of a "big" group like dempagumi one day or so, but I get the feeling I will not have this willingness to invest a consequent amount of time (and money) to the group. It was already a bit frustrating to not be able to go "all-out" at a BiSH live. Some people even told me that their performance was interrupted during the last song because the guy next to me crowdsurfed (I thought it was because their were out of time for their set).
Among the thing quoted earlier, being able to talk a bit with the girls after the show may help to fidelize the public I guess.
