It looks reasonable for what it is.
Depending on how serious you are for making Orin more correct, you could import this into an editing program to fix as you like. The basic framework has already been done, so further customising shouldn't be too difficult.
I had to go with the hiso version of Okuu's hair else it would clash with her wings.

Main game is ordered by order of appearance. For example the DDC line is missing the character appearing before Sekibanki in the game (Wakasagihime), the one coming after her (Kagerou) and the one coming after Seija (Shinmyoumaru).

Yumemi's design is very subdued compared to others'. I know that's an artifact of PC-98 and of her early appearance, but I like to think that it also shows that she's from the outside world. Out there, she would be pretty fancily dressed, which is part of what drew her to discover Gensokyo.
(Although, by that logic, perhaps Chiyuri had more of a hand in the vessel's design then her advisor suspects.)
