I'll also throw out this recommendation since O-Life is slightly less well known but do some pretty consistently nice albums. They don't really have a fixed style and have wild jumps between ambience music, occasionally japanese acoustic instruments but occasionally do metal as well, this release happens to be a rare case of the last genre.
